Manager Sales Operations EMEA (m/f/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do: 
•    Management of approx. 5 employees in the Sales Operations department at the Flamatt (CH) and Aachen (DE) sites)
•    Ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process
•    Interface between customer and supply chain
•    Compliance with international export guidelines
•    Cost-optimized transport processing in consideration of quality requirements

What you bring: 
•    Completed basic commercial training and at least two years experience in Sales Operations / Administration, Customer Service or related
•    Experience in personnel management is an advantage
•    Very good specialist knowledge of the SAP SD / GTS module, Jira / Confluence and the MS Office suite
•    Very good written and spoken German and English skills
