Inventory Management Specialist (m/f/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do: 
•    Manage the global inventory levels at all Comet PCT locations to ensure flexibility and resilience while preventing shortages, overstock and obsolescence across all product lines
•    Define, implement and maintain global inventory management policy, procedures and best practices to ensure the highest possible inventory turnover rate
•    Utilize dashboards for inventory monitoring and decision-making
•    Lead regular inventory reviews (own and consignment) with all locations, and for all product lines, and enforce measures for optimize global inventory

What you bring: 
•    Any degree in business management, operations & supply chain management or related field preferred
•    APICS or/other certifications in Supply Chain and/or Inventory Management desired
•    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in inventory management, supply chain/logistics, preferably in a global environment
•    Skills in Microsoft Power BI and SAP is desired
•    Fluency in English is required. German or any other language is a plus
