IT System Engineer Global Infrastructure

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of global IT services, including server and network infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and clients, including Microsoft Cloud integration
• Manage the backup infrastructure, ensure information security, and implement service levels and security profiles
• Plan, implement, and document technical concepts while carrying out installations and changes in the data center
• Provide second- and third-level support while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners

What you bring:

• A degree or completed training in computer science and several years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, virtualization (Hyper-V, MS SQL), system management tools (SCCM, Entra ID, PowerShell), network technology (Cisco, Meraki), and NetApp storage
• Exceptional analytical and interconnected thinking skills to understand complex IT structures, prioritize solutions effectively, and deliver sustainable results in a dynamic work environment
