Head of Product Management Vacuum Capacitors 80-100%

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Lead a global product management team for our Vacuum Capacitors (Vac Cap)
• Define the MRS (Market Requirement Specification) and product specifications for the Vac Cap 
• Collaborate with R&D through PDP process to develop and commercialize new products 
• Own the Vap Cap product roadmap and competitive analysis 
• Owe our product portfolio and lifecycle management
• Provide sales support for quotations, profit margin analysis and product specification

What you bring:  

• Complete studies in engineering, physics or any comparable science background, a complete EMBA is a plus 
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in product management or similar functions within the semi-industry by managing broad product portfolios
• Ability to combine your technical understanding with commercial aspects to build customer value as well as strong relationships with internal stakeholders including C-level
• Ideally have direct technical and business experience in Vac Cap products for the semi market segment 
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal executives 
• Leadership with or without direct authority, cross-collaboration, and influencing others
