Head of Design Verification Testing 100%

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop our multidisciplinary validation team (~10 engineers)
• Define and execute validation strategies across EVT, DVT, and PVT for RF power devices throughout the full product lifecycle
• Develop and oversee comprehensive test plans including functional, performance, stress, reliability, and compliance testing
• Drive validation at component, subsystem, and system levels in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Establish scalable test setups, automation frameworks, and validation standards while leading root-cause analysis and reliability strategies

What you bring:

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience in RF or electronic power tools, semiconductor equipment or any similar high-tech industries
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Deep technical expertise in electronic or RF systems and hands-on experience in validation from concept through industrialization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in international and matrix organizations
