HR Information Systems Manager (m/w/d)

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

• Responsibility and further development of SAP / SuccessFactors and the overall HR information system landscape in line with the business needs and HR center of excellences
• Responsibility for the adjacent system landscapes such as payroll, time management & attendance and other cloud solutions
• Ensuring data maintenance and timeliness in SuccessFactors in collaboration with global HR partners, local on-site stakeholders and IT partners
• Development, management, coordination and implementation of local and global projects as part of the digitalization strategy in collaboration with HR colleagues and business partners
• Collaboration with the Data Analytics team for KPIs / HR Dashboard
• Development and implementation of support concepts and interface work between HR, IT and external service providers

What you bring: 

• Experience in SuccessFactors (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals and Payroll) and system connections as well as possible cloud solutions 
• Experience in building and maintaining reporting and dashboards
• Experience in creating business cases as well as successful implementation of digitization projects and project management
• Awareness of data protection and works council topics
• Very good written and oral English skills are required, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Strong service orientation with a global mindset and willingness to travel occasionally (<25%)
