Global Product Quality Owner Vacuum Capacitors 100%

We develop and produce innovative high-tech components and systems based on X-ray and radio-frequency technology. Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication. 

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Own the global quality performance of the Vacuum Capacitors product line across the full product lifecycle
• Drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement, leading major quality investigations, failure analysis activities and reliability improvements
• Act as the primary quality interface for customers, manufacturing sites, engineering teams, and suppliers
• Define and monitor quality KPIs, identify risks, and implement preventive actions to improve product performance
• Lead global quality initiatives and product qualification activities, ensuring robust processes, effective change management and successful product transfers and ramps.

What you bring:  

• Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of quality experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in 8D, root cause analysis, quality improvement, and risk management
• Proven experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives in global organizations, with excellent communication skills to engage senior leaders and key customers
• Proficient English skills required; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
