Global Head of Sustainability 80-100%

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute the company’s sustainability strategy in alignment with business goals, corporate values and regulatory requirements
• Drive operational sustainability initiatives while ensuring compliance with global and local regulations
• Identify, prioritize, implement, and monitor initiatives that reduce environmental impact and advance the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives
• Drive sustainability integration across functions and divisions by establishing and monitoring KPIs for measurable progress
• Lead the Sustainability Board to foster cross-departmental and cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment of sustainability initiatives
• Prepare the annual Sustainability Report as well as quarterly sustainability updates for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and ensure a transparent reporting of ESG metrics in compliance with applicable standards and regulations 

What you bring:  

• Complete studies in business administration, environmental science, sustainability, or related fields
• Min 5 + years’ experience in similar functions preferably in a corporate setting 
• Excellent project management skills and proven track record in implementing sustainability initiatives at an operational level
• Ability to combine your project management skills with problem solving to create added value as well as strong relationships with internal stakeholders including C-level
• Structured approach to complex situations and organizational structures, high level of autonomy and desire to shape the organization as well as drive change 
• Fluent English language skills, additional German language skills are desirable
