In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage Flamatt HQ facility, security and maintenance/industrial engineering teams
• Lead and coordinate facilities and utilities projects, without any regular travelling
• Foster culture of operational excellence, develop personnel training plans and a fully cross-trained organization
• Develop roadmaps for facilities improvement and operational efficiency as well as develop and report KPI within facilities and maintenance organizations
• Establish standardized processes for the facility, security, and maintenance/industrial engineering team which can be deployed globally as well as ensuring best practices are shared and adopted across all locations
• Ensure that facilities meet government regulations requirements (mainly security, chemicals, acids, ionizing radiation)

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent is required
• Experience of at least 10 years in managing facilities/utilities including maintenance in manufacturing industries is required
• Strong knowledge of production processes with proven experience and certification in work safety
• Strong technical knowledge in utilities and facilities management, including clean room activities
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written as well as good verbal skills in German (B2)
