In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do:
- Management of accounting and reporting for Comet AG and Comet Holding AG in accordance with IFRS and OR, including timely financial statements

Management and development of the accounting team (6 people), including supervision of day-to-day business and continuous process improvements

Close cooperation with management and global finance teams to ensure sound decisions and financial stability

Monitoring working capital and preparing cash flow forecasts in collaboration with Group Treasury

Coordinating audit, tax, and compliance issues and ensuring strong internal controls in compliance with all regulatory requirements
What you bring:

Completed bachelor's or master's degree in finance, controlling, or accounting with further training as an expert in accounting and controlling or similar

5+ years of professional experience with a focus on accounting and reporting, including financial statement preparation

In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Swiss code of obligations

Fluent German and English skills as well as a strong analytical and hands-on approach to work

Extensive leadership experience in managing various teams
