Application Manager "Office 365" 100% (m/f/d)

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:  

• Manage and oversee the operation of the company's O365 applications, with a focus on MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive 
• Participate in O365-related projects and drive the continuous development and improvement of O365 applications, including new features, governance, and the integration of best practices. 
• Facilitate the migration within SharePoint and MS Teams environments.  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business inquiries and support related to O365 applications. 
• Provide user support, best practices and enforce the governance to ensure effective use of O365 tools. 
• Deliver training sessions and create materials to educate users from beginners to site owners. 
• Liaise with external service providers, including Microsoft and third-party application vendors. 

What you bring:

• Proven experience with the O365 technology stack, with a strong focus on MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and the Power Platform as an advantage. 
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) is beneficial. 
• Proficiency in using software tools and a strong interest in learning new technologies. 
• A positive, committed personality with high social competencies and a strong customer and service orientation in an agile and diverse environment. 
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
