Senior Finance Analyst

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do

• Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, budgets, and business case analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze product costing, operating expenses, and financial variances, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, reclassifications, expense reviews, inventory reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, achieve KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Manage SAP Analytics Cloud reporting, deliver ad hoc financial analyses, and support finance projects and business initiatives.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of financial analysis experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Business-fluent English, a collaborative mindset, and high integrity when handling confidential financial information.
