SAP Inhouse Consultant Logistics

What You Will Do

• Manage, optimize, and continuously enhance SAP logistics solutions, including SAP WM, Basic EWM, and QM, while supporting the transition towards SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as the key contact for business functions on SAP WM, Basic EWM, and QM-related topics, providing consulting support, solution recommendations, and process improvements.
• Analyze business requirements, design innovative SAP solutions, and ensure alignment with business processes and the S/4HANA transformation roadmap.
• Lead and support SAP projects, change requests, and system enhancements in collaboration with internal teams, external service providers, and project stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, conduct user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure effective adoption and knowledge transfer across the organization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with extensive experience in SAP logistics solutions.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, Support Specialist, or Module Owner with strong expertise in SAP WM, QM, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Solid understanding of industrial business processes, SAP S/4HANA transformation, and experience supporting system implementations or migration projects.
• Proven project management experience in an international environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and communicate fluently in English (German language skills are an advantage).
