Master Data Steward / SAP Key User MM/PP

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

• Manage and maintain master data, including material masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centers, production versions, and related production planning data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the SAP MM/PP Key User by supporting business users, resolving system issues, coordinating testing activities, and delivering user training and documentation.
• Drive master data governance by monitoring data quality, conducting audits, reviewing critical data changes, and ensuring adherence to global standards and governance policies.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, ERP implementation, and data migration initiatives, including data cleansing, validation, harmonization, and migration governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, standardize procurement and production planning workflows, and contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3–7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or Engineering.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM/PP, including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, MRP, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Production Orders, Work Centers, and Batch Management.
• Solid understanding of master data governance, data quality management, ERP implementations, data migration, and system integration processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with excellent organizational skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
