Global Learning Specialist

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging global digital and blended learning programs that support employee growth, business goals, and a strong learning culture.
• Act as the key contact for global content creators, stakeholders, and teams to coordinate learning initiatives, provide guidance, and ensure consistent learning experiences across regions.
• Support the implementation and coordination of key learning programs, including leadership, compliance, and internal development initiatives, while managing communication and logistics.
• Monitor learning effectiveness by tracking mandatory training completion, analyzing learning metrics, and creating reports or dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and support the global e-learning platform by collaborating with HRIS and IT teams, providing user support, and continuously improving learning processes and solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, with experience in learning and development, digital learning, or HR-related functions.
• Strong IT affinity with hands-on experience using MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and modern digital learning tools.
• Experience in designing, coordinating, or delivering learning programs, with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities in English, with the confidence to collaborate and influence stakeholders across global and multicultural teams.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
