Assembly Technician

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

• Perform assembly and testing activities in accordance with production work instructions, ensuring products are built to quality and manufacturing standards.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues, perform minor rework and repairs, and support failure analysis to identify root causes and improve product quality.
• Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation to support assembly, equipment setup, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain assembly tools, fixtures, and workstations by following 5S standards, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment readiness.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production, quality, and operational goals.

What You Bring

• Technician Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing or a related electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly RF Matching Networks and RF Generators, with experience in assembly, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, C++, Excel automation/macros, with SAP and MES experience considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused team player with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
