Customer Service & Export Specialist (m/f/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets. At the German PCT site, the expertise is mainly in the field of RF generators.
You ensure a smooth order processing workflow, act as an interface between customers and the supply chain, and ensure compliance with international export regulations.
What you will do:
- Processing orders, including confirmations, shipping documents, and customs clearance (ATLAS)
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and monitoring on-time deliveries
- Creating invoices, credit notes, and cost estimates
- Handling returns, repairs, and import procedures
- Maintaining and managing customer account data
- Communicating with customers and internal departments (sales, logistics, accounting, etc.)
- Ensuring and implementing compliance with international export regulations
- Participating in customs training and supporting shipping coordination
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training with experience in inside sales/export
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD/GTS and MS Office
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a team player mentality
- Structured and independent working style with a hands-on approach
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking
