Physics laboratory technician / Electronics technician R&D (m/f/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

 

What you will do: 
•    Support for development and customer projects as well as the design verification test engineers 
•    Setting up and maintaining measuring stations to characterize products
•    Accelerating the development process and customer projects
•    Supporting technical change management and digitalization projects in the laboratory environment
•    Carrying out experiments according to specifications and life tests on products 
•    Evaluation of measured values and data processing 
•    Supporting production orders as part of the product development process and technical change management 
•    Programming in the laboratory environment (Labview, Phyton)

 

What you bring: 
•    Physics laboratory technician EFZ or electronics technician EFZ (also career starters)
•    Electrical engineering knowledge, basic knowledge of electronics and mechanical knowledge
•    High-frequency experience an advantage and basic knowledge of CAD an advantage 
•    Joining technology, in particular brazing (advantageous, not essential)
•    Programming knowledge in high-level languages (e.g. Phyton)
•    SAP and Jira/Confluence knowledge an advantage
•    Knowledge of written and spoken English
