Customer Service & Export Clerk (m/f/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do: 
•    Ensuring on-time deliveries to internal and external stakeholders
•    Processing and coordinating customer inquiries and customer orders
•    On-time and complete logistics processing according to process and requirements
•    Handling complaints and returns process
•    Maintaining and optimizing sales master data in SAP
•    Ensure compliance with the regulations of the "Known Consignor" security program and international export guidelines
•    Responsibility for the training of commercial apprentices

What you bring:

•    Completed basic commercial training, experience in internal sales/export mandatory
•    Good PC and application knowledge of Windows, MS Office programs 
•    Very good specialist knowledge of the SAP SD / GTS module 
•    Very good written and spoken German and English for customer correspondence
