Teamleiter Produktion (m/w/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

This position requires proficient knowledge of German. The full text with all tasks, areas of responsibility as well as requirements is available in German only. 

Das wirst du tun: 
•    Fachliche und personelle Führung, Betreuung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden, inklusive Rekrutierung und Qualifizierung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
•    Verantwortung für die Feinplanung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden und Anlagen im Schichtbetrieb (1- bis 4-Schicht) 
•    Sicherstellung der Termineinhaltung durch optimalen Einsatz von Personal- und Anlagenressourcen inklusive Weiterentwicklung der Prozesssicherheit
•    Leitung und Führung der täglichen Shopfloor Besprechung für den zuständigen Bereich
•    Sicherstellung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit (5S) sowie der Arbeitssicherheit
•    Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der technischen Infrastruktur durch Koordination mit der Abteilung Instandhaltung
•    Mithilfe bei der Evaluation von neuen Betriebs- und Produktionsmitteln für den zuständigen Bereich
•    Mitarbeit in oder punktuelle Führung von produktionsbezogenen (Teil-)Projekten

Was du mitbringst: 
•    Abgeschlossene technische/mechanische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Prozessfachmann oder o.ä. ist ein Plus
•    Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
•    Erfahrung in der Produktion und Montage von mechanischen Komponenten sowie in der Verbindungstechnik
•    Erfahrungen im Lean Management, 5S und Shopfloor Management von Vorteil
•    Gute MS-Office sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
•    Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
